The Ultimate Direction Of Marxist Ontology

Ontology is a hot field in the basic theoretical of research of philosophy.It is just on the basic of criticizing the traditional western philosophical ontology that Marx founded the new ontology and the new world view,thus realizing his revolution on philosophy. Yet there is no consensus on the relationship between Marx philosophy and ontology in the academic field.This paper is absorbed in unscrambling of text and tries to find out the animadversion and surpassing of Marx philosophy which compared with the traditional philosophical ontology by comparing, analyzing and studying this two kinds of philosophy.Then it finally aims at showing the ontology of Marx philosophy.This paper falls into five parts:Part One is a brief introduction to the research status quo of Marxist ontology as well as the rational of the present paper.Part Two is about the development and the character of traditional philosophical ontology. General speaking,we can treat Parmenides'being as the beginning of traditional philosophical ontology .Then Plato expatiate his theory,idea .It is more abstractive.After Plato,Aristotle demonstrated his idea of substantiality.He established the meaning of metaphysics. Hegel was the ultimate representative of traditional philosophical ontology.Part Three is about the reason why Marx animadrerted on Hegel's philosophy and Marx's animadversion and surpassing which compared with Hegel's philosophy.Marx animadverted on the character of Hegel's philosophy which as the representative of traditional philosophical ontology with his views of materialism,history,dialectic and practice. And he expatiated on his own philosophy and put it on the basis of practice all the time.Part Four analyzes the ontology which Marx's view of practice implied. Including Marx's understanding about practice, how Marx put this point into his philosophy all along,and how he built his views of materialism,history,dialectic and all of the world on the basis of practice and the ontological meaning of practice.Part Five is the conclusion.It makes a summary of the present study and puts forward that study of the relation between the essence of Marxist philosophy and ontology still remains an important problem to be solved further.
