The 21st century is an competitive era in science and technology and the national quality. It is also a informationized, digitized and networked era. The development of education tells us that the science and technology is the most important foreign productivity. And it is also the crucial factor to accelerate the development of Education. It is always true that the significant reformation and development education is related to the science and technology .Since the 1990s, multimedia and computer have been applied to the teaching processe,which has become the basic techology .The swift development of network and the morden education technololy stimulate us to continuously improve our education ideal,education thougt,and education method .Compared with the enclosed traditional ,the mordern education which is informationed and digitized is a kind of open education .The openness of education is manifested in the open teaching contents,the open teaching space ,the open teaching processes and the open thought-training .Mordern information technology and the curriculum conformity mainly study how to take the advantages of information technology in the teaching process. The crucial point in curriculum conformity is how to take the advantages of information technology and to realize the classroom teaching tasks well,then to cultivate students' innovative spirit and the practice ability.As we all know, Language is the tool and culture carrier of man's thought .And using language is a organ experience involved in many senses .In the 21st century,the development in every countries all over the world ,manifestes the tendency of Globalization. Therefore ,the situation of social development requires people to own the international vision,open mind and the ability of cross-cultural communication .But, the domestic cramming education system has resulted in that Foreign Language teachers neglect the effective establishment of situation-based teaching methods since years ago ;The traditional Foreign Language teaching grounds deeply in the model of cramming and the single speaking in which students have less accesses to acquire information and knowledge ,compared with the mordern Foreign Language teaching .The traditional Foreign Language teaching model lack real situation of language using ,and lead to that the students can not obtain practical communication ability .Foreign Language teaching basically is "emphasizing Language symbol ,light semantic meanings;emphasizing translation,light language cognition".So,students lack interest during learning progress and the teaching efficiency reduces a lot.In this paper, first, the author discusses the influences of mordern information technology on the development of education ,the advantages of mordern information technology in English teaching ,and the studying background, aims, significant and relevant theories of "3A" English teaching model based on mordern information technology .Second, he analyze the English teaching model from history and current condition .Third ,accorching to the present English teaching models in our country ,the development of modern information technology , the change of time and the deeper understanding in language teachuing , the author proposes that the reformation of English teaching model is imperative . Next ,according to education communication theory,language learning theory, cross—cultural communication theory ,and constructionism theory ,the author puts forward and constructs the "3A"teaching model ,that is, Appreciation,Association and Application connectech teaching model: he also shows the structure graph of the "3A"English teaching model . Furthermore, through. Experiments, the results demonstrates that the "3A" English Teaching ralults : It is feasible , It will provide more effeitive reference for present English teaching.
