Study On He Ning

He Ning was one of the important writers of the Five Dynasties.He had worked for five dynasties and had been high official.He was a man who went through and participated in the politics and culture of the Five Dynasties.He Ning had many works,but the works that came down from him was limited,and few researchers concern about him.This paper attempts to look into He Ning's life and his works.This paper consists of three parts:Chapter 1 section 1 investigates and describes He Ning's life,to make people learn more things about him.Section 2 investigates He Ning's works.Chapter 2 is mainly on He Ning's Collection of Palace poems.Section 1 introduces the development of Palace poems.Section 2 classifies He Ning's Palace poems,mainly introduces those contents about emperors,officials and females in the palace.Section 3 will compare He Ning's Palace poems with Wang Jian and Hua Rui Lady's Palace poems,and discuss the value of He Ning's Palace poems.Chapter 3 is on He Ning's Ci.Section 1 statistics the number of He Ning's Ci and investigates the origin of "Hong Ye Gao".Section 2 analyzes He Ning's Ci, mainly on the contents and features of his works.Section 3 compares He Ning's Ci with his Palace poems,in order to find out their relations.
