The higher the civil servants' level is, the greater the impact of efforts will be. The Artistic Cultivation level of the executive leadership group which composed of National civil servants will finally determine the mental outlook of the whole country .So the artistic accomplishments of civil servants can not be ignored. China has entered the international environment on the right track, both the international exchanges and the international trade need a letter, high-level social outlook to improve China's international image .The economy is the basic, but economy without a good tastes of culture, cultural characteristics, ethnic flavor of the Urban Environment, without a high degree of civilization and a good quality of the public culture, without humane and harmonious political measures, a good international image will not be there. All these, to a large extent, are depended on the artistic cultivation, aesthetic ability, aesthetic consciousness of the public officers of the nationThroughout the Civil Service Examinations of recent years, a requirement to the necessary artistic cultivation of the civil servants is still lack in the selection of civil servants, which will be not conducive to the improvement of the degree of civilization in our country in the future.
