Nowadays, the subject well-being of employees has been highly concerned with the "people-oriented" management philosophy being accepted by the society and companies. That is because having happy, healthy and efficient staff is the largest wealth for companies, and it helps to promote the development of individuals, organizations, and social civilization. In view of the limited researches on subjective well-being of employees at this time, this study explores the subjective well-being of employees. Besides, two variables are measured——social cognitive factors acted as the prior variable and job performance acted as the consequences variable. The formal research questionnaire was produced after carefully revising the subjective well-being questionnaire and selecting other types of questionnaires, which includes the subjective well-being questionnaire, the goal orientation questionnaire, the job efficacy questionnaire, social efficacy questionnaire, social support questionnaire and job performance questionnaire. The total number of the subjects who taking the formal questionnaire is 207.The results show that the reliability and validity of these questionnaires are good, reaching an acceptable level. Meanwhile, the structural equation model indicates that the learning orientation has a significant positive impact on subjective well-being, job efficacy and social efficacy have a significant positive impact on subjective well-being, and subjective well-being has a significant positive impact on task performance. What's more, learning goal orientation and subjective well-being is mediated by job efficacy. The results have proven the part of the hypothesis: subjective well-being make the employees more productive, and the relationship between these variables can be used as indicators of employee subjective well-being providing empirical and theoretical basis for enterprises' performance.
