| With the development of China's economy as well as the enhancement of China's international influence, there are more and more Kazak students come to China to learn Chinese, at the same time, research into teaching Chinese to Kazak students has become a bright new view in the field of teaching Chinese as a second language.Taking the Kazak students that are learning Chinese in China as the research object,this paper mainly researches into their errors in the primary learning of Chinese measure words. Starting from the characteristics of Chinese measure word, according to the 52 measure words of the first and second grade in The General Outline of the Teaching of Foreign Students Majoring in Chinese in the Academic School, a test survey has been conducted to make quantitative analysis of Kazak students' learning about the above 52 measure words as well as an analysis of their error phenomenon. A great number of error corpura have been gathered through written exercises, compositions, tests, recording, oral presentation, talk, and etc,which attaches important to the paper, in accordance with linguistic error analysis, emphases are placed on Kazak students' error categories and the causes of such errors. Four error categories have been found and defined as missing, mis-adding , mis-order , and misuse of measure words. On the basis of the above discussion, some suggestions are made on improving the teaching of measure words in teaching Chinese to Kazak students. |
