The Cultural Reports Of "Sanlian Life Weekly" In Narratological Perspective

The Sanlian Life Weekly is a comprehensive news and cultural magazine, sponsored by the"Life, Study, Awakening"Sanlian Bookstore. Its unique cultural characteristic and the literati traditions, established a unique position in the present Newsweekly market.However, the researeh of Sanlian Life Weekly is mainly concentrated on the experienee and institutional analysis leve, and there is no paper about texts of the cultural reports on Sanlian Life Weekly till now, so I try to introduce thetheory of Narratology, use it to analyze these texts, and find the narrative laws of them. Therefore, the research on texts of such cultural reports will get much practieal value, Whether for theoretical study or for operational guidanee.In addition, the main focus of cultural reports research is on entertainment, which will be virtually to narrow the definition of culture.Also, the study was mostly at the level of thinking or experience, So the theory needs further depth. In this paper, I use thetheory of Narratology back to the text.In the course of the study, I conducted a typical sampling. I selected some cultural reptots texts as samples from news of Sanlian Life Weekly in 2007. Then I made use of the Narratology theory and some methods,such as text analysis method,induction and deduction method and the typical case study analysis method, to analyze those samples. I try to find the features of internal form of these cultural reports texts.
