The Comparative Study Of The Connotion Differences Between The Chinese-English Color Words

Color word is not only the color of objects,but also contains a wealth of culture, it load the culture of a rich variety of other types of words can not match. In real life, people usually use these words to express color preferences for color, choice,their thoughts and feelings of the rich and the values of the community. As the ethnic Chinese and English in the history, culture, environment, geographical, cultural psychology, way of thinking, religious differences, given Chinese and English words in different colors of the culture. This article focuses on the connotation of the word Chinese-English color difference between the comparative analysis. By comparing the analysis of color to explore Chinese-English word formation of the reasons for the difference, from a perspective point of view both Chinese and English languages and two cultures, the fundamental difference; to explore how Chinese-English language in the exchange interaction, the mutual integration of Chinese and English languages to promote the common development.
