According to the Holy Bible, David was the greatest king of ancient Israel, the period of his rule is the golden age of Israeli history and Israel gained great achievement in the field of politics and military affairs. Meanwhile, David seemed sincere, just and merciful and therefore contained the significance of theology and ethics.
