| The re-construction of traditional folklore culture refers to the process which folklore culture inherit tradition, meanwhile it refers to the culture transition process, during which the traditional folklore culture tried to satisfied modern people. By analyzing how the culture keep activity, the writer hopes to find the adjustment that folk culture made to suit modern society. The signification of re-construction of traditional folk culture not only shows the pursue of self-identity and adscription, but also incarnate the imperative requirement. The society is developing at a high speed on the orbit of modernization, which is the core of modernization that traditional folklore literature pays less consideration. Nowadays the wave of economic globalization is striking all kinds of native culture, which gave a serious condition the Chinese traditional culture is facing. Traditional culture might lost herself under the press of politics and economy, if she can't make adjustment immediately. We are gratified to see some culture core keeping blending into the culture system, which shows new function and great vitality. All of these made it possible to re-construct our traditional folklore culture. Temple fair is a kind of groupment religion activity, while Henan Huaiyang Taihao Temple Fair is famous for its scale, cycle and the huge number of participants, it is not only the carnival of the local people, but also the important part of local tourism. This paper is based on the result of writer's fieldwork in Huaiyang, it describes various material of the temple fair, at the same time, writer try to deeply discuss the participant appearing in the temple, for example, the government, the local people and the scholars. The final aim of this paper is to discuss the ways of harmonizing the protect and development of the folklore culture, and thereby discuss the possibility and feasibility of traditional folklore culture's re-construction.
