| At present, our country is working to build a harmonious society, and building a harmonious socialist society is a complex systematic project, involving all aspects of society. Enterprises to benefit staff in harmony, employees can not be separated from psychological harmony. To this end the internal depth of private enterprises, to listen to the voice of the staff, know the staff necessary to strengthen staff psychological harmony education, found the problems of management, propose effective measures to promote enterprises a comprehensive and harmonious development.In this study, Lan Zhou City manufacturing category of private enterprises for the study sample, 479 valid samples were collected using a questionnaire survey, explore private enterprise employees psychological connotations of harmony, dimensions, features a harmonious enterprise, and their relationship; to explore the overall situation of psychological employees harmonious and its influencing factors, and mental harmony, job satisfaction, the relationship between the tendency to leave, as well as the psychological of harmony in job satisfaction and the tendency of separation between the role. The results are as follows:(1) Prepared by the Institute of Private Enterprise staff harmonious psychological questionnaires, from the corporate culture, interpersonal relations, social attitudes, self-mentality starting four factor levels of staff to operate a harmonious psychological measurement, after analysis of the questionnaire it has a good letter validity.(2) Employees of psychological harmony in the overall analysis of variance, psychological harmony between the high-packet and middle group members have higher levels of psychological harmony; employees with low levels of psychological harmonious grouping have poor mental harmony.(3) The impact of employee psychological harmony factors, demographic variables of sex, marital status and job there is no difference, and in the education level, age and duration exist differences.(4) Staff psychological harmony and job satisfaction exist the significant positive correlation, and the higher the degree of psychological harmony is higher of their job satisfaction. (5) Psychological harmony and staff turnover has a significant negative correlation and causality, and the lower the degree of psychological harmony is higher tendency to leave.(6) Job satisfaction and turnover tend to have a significant negative correlation and causality.(7) There is interaction between Psychological harmony and job satisfaction, the common tendency to affect the separation.(8) Psychological harmony has intermediary effects to job satisfaction and turnover... |
