Exploring the nature of human is the source of all Marx's issues, the question of human's nature is one of centers of the development of Marx's thinking, answering to the nature of human relates to understanding the problems of Marxism philosophy. Marx has always been highly concerned about human nature and conducted of an in-depth in his life-long learning, made three conclusions of human's nature on the basis of studying, which in the "Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844" made " the class nature of man is free and conscious activity ", in " on Feuerbach's Syllabus "raised " human is the sum of all social relations in his reality ", in " German Ideology "raised"requirements are people nature ", accordingly ,all of them laid the foundation of Marx's political economy and scientific socialism theory. Exploring Marx's idea of human nature in the "Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844" contribute to deepening awareness of the problem of Marx on the nature of human , help to clarify text, research subject, logical structure in " Economic and Philosophic Manuscripts of 1844", and contribute to accurate assessment of "Economic and Philosophic Manuscripts in 1844" in the formation of the Marxist position. Therefore, they are of great theoretical significance. In this paper, it expatiates category of human nature by Marx basing on object of activity, and reality of category nature of people is animadverted and proved based on the evidence, it represents labor for the alienation theory and doctrine of revolutionary liberation, This affects the formation of concept of Marxist practice, so Marx's exploring the nature of human is of significance in"Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844".
