Deeper Study On Chinese Grammar Form Of "V着(N)+VP"

Research on Serial Verb Pattern of Contemporary Chinese(SVPCC) is one of the hot spots of research on contemporary Chinese grammar. Among multitudinous members of SVPCC, special concern by the researchers is focused on"V着(N)+VP"pattern with distinct character. More and more progresses have been made since then. This paper research on SVPCC by combining the study approaches of synchronic and diachronic means and the study patterns of describe and interpretation, on the ground of approaches and progresses of researches of cognitive grammar and grammaticalization theory, and former linguistics researches on the issue. This paper have four chapters.The first chapter is the exordium, which to display the reason of topic-selecting, status quo of research on SVPCC and"V着(N)+VP"pattern, indicate the research approach and range.The second chapter is to analyse"V着(N)+VP"pattern with construction category, explore the distinct character of SVPCC and testify"V着(N)+VP"pattern as a typical SVPCC and the iconicity of"V着(N)+VP"pattern of the logical Time order principle, then to particularly review several types of ."V着(N)+VP"pattern in two layers of logic and cognition.The third chapter is synchronic syntax analyse of"V着(N)+VP"pattern, which to explore the syntax function of the pattern, study two types of foreside expansion of the pattern, interpret the grammar function of"着"and how"着"circumscribes the pattern.The fourth chapter is diachronic analyse of"V着(N)+VP"pattern, which to describe the developing history of the pattern, and the changing process of"着"from a notional verb to the sign of duration aspect, then try to display the grammaticalization mechanism of"着". At the end, to review and analyse the lexicalization of the pattern. The last part of the paper is the epilogue which to enumerate a number of notable linguistical phenomena those need deeper exploration.
