The Construction On The Scale For College Student Cadres' Competency

Nowadays, the competency is a very important subject in the applied psychology and Management Psychology. To compile inventory of competency for college student cadres, his article takes the college student cadres as the object. Based on relevant literatures, behavior event interview, personal interviews and investigation, a inventory of competency for college student cadres was constructed. Exploratory factor analysis demonstrated that 4 factor scale is reasonable, including Individual character, Work Management, Interpersonal Relationship Management, Self-Management. The confirmatory factor analysis support 4 factor and 50 items model. The results showed that internal consistency reliability coefficient (0.941), split-half reliability coefficient (0.941), correlation coefficient (0.701-0.877) and validity reached the statistics requirements. Reliability and validity of the inventory are good enough to test and evaluate the competency of college student cadres.
