Research On Monarchy At Late Qing Dynasty

The constitutional monarchy, also known as monarchy, constitutional monarchy of the country, the sovereign is the nominal head of state in charge of the country's highest authority, in fact the sovereign power under the constitution, parliament and other organs restrictions. The late Qing Dynasty in China, thus, constitutional monarchy political direction has become a mainstream choice of targets。This paper describes the emergence of the constitutional monarchy system of government, the root causes as well as its major advantage in detail, thus pave the way for the following discussion to the end of the Qing in the search for the regime in China emerged in the process. The first section discusses the beginning period of Qing Dynasty in China, including the proposal of the emperor and the civilian population as the ruler of the common in the hundred days reform overlord of China, the early reformers in the West, represented by the British constitutional monarchy.
