To meet the basic education curriculum reform for education requirements of teachers, university teacher education to ensure the professional quality of personnel training, "promote overall development of students" evaluation of ideas is increasing acceptance and promotion and dissemination. In traditional teaching, the people "Evaluation" concept has existed understanding some mistakes, and always to the assessment of the way simply means the examination or test; to the assessment and the learning process to split open; to evaluate the purpose and function simplifies Wei selection or rating; ignored students in the evaluation process should have the status of the students outside the principal out of the evaluation. Performance evaluation as a new evaluation method much attention, it broke the traditional test or tests "only Fenshu theory", can the students the spirit of innovation, practical ability, capacity and explore the emotional aspects of a comprehensive assessment of attitudes. Performance Assessment emphasis of the evaluation process and the learning process are inextricably linked, the evaluation should be accompanied by the whole process of student learning; evaluation function from the traditional assessment, identification, selection into the diagnosis, the formation and development; evaluation of the subject from the teacher as the main change for teachers and students to participate in the evaluation mode of "diversity" in the evaluation of students more learning opportunities."Vocal Music" is the Music Colleges and Universities (Teacher Education), undergraduate music education under the training needs of workers in a professional setting required courses, direct and basic music education teaching associated with singing, is to train students in basic education in music ability of a main course. Over the years, the absence of a more comprehensive evaluation system of teaching vocal music, vocal music under a variety of teaching evaluation is not from the singing performance-based evaluation model, are generally one-off end of the semester examination, the rate of all the collective voice of teachers, with an average the students learn the Final Performance in Vocal Music. With vocal music teachers work together theoretical and experimental study, further validation of the performance evaluation in the feasibility of application of vocal music teaching, we organize the specific implementation steps and operational methods, performance evaluation form in the application of music teaching example.
