| Since twenty-first century, both global environment and enterprises environment have come out a lot of changes. The competition among enterprises has become more multiple. However, the competition between enterprises is on earth the talent competition. The enterprise who can keep its employee in a high level in psychological capital can win. At the same time, a lot of research show that leader member exchange has a great anticipates on employee's performance and organizational performance. How to improve the psychological capital and leader member exchange is really important to win in the competition.My study has reviewed the relevant research, and then proposed my own assumption. To choose employee in private enterprise in Dalian area to be the target, Send out 120 questionnaires, and do the statistics and analyze with SPSS software, try to find out the relationship between psychological capital and leader member exchange.The result is as follow:1.There is a significant difference between different genders on the score in psychological capital. The female employees have got a lower score than male employee(sp﹤0.05). On confidence, optimistic and tenacity, the situation is the same. There is no significant difference on the score in leader member exchange(p﹤0.05).2.Employees in different age range have a significant difference on the score in psychological capital. The post hoc test shows that employees aged from thirty-six to forty have got a lower score than others in psychological capital, confidence and tenacity(p﹤0.05). Other age ranged employees don't have significant difference. And there is no significant difference on the score in leader member exchange(p﹤0.05.3.There is a significant difference among different education backgrounds on the score in psychological capital. The post hoc test shows that employees just graduate from high school have got a lower score than others in psychological capital and confidence(p﹤0.05), employees who have got a master degree have got a higher score than others in psychological capital, and confidence(p﹤0.05). And there is no significant difference on the score in leader member exchange(p﹤0.05).4.Employees in different position level have a significant difference on the score in psychological capital. The employees in junior management position have got a higher score in psychological capital and confidence(p﹤0.05). And there is no significant difference on the score in leader member exchange(p﹤0.05).5.The relationship between psychological and its four latitudes and leader member exchange.The correlation analysis show that there is a significant difference between psychological and its four latitudes and leader member exchange (p﹤0.01).So we can say that there is a real intimate relationship between psychological and its four latitudes and leader member exchange.6.The impact between psychological and its four latitudes and leader member exchange.The regression analysis shows that psychological capital and its four latitudes are really important to leader member exchange. The mathematical model is as follow: leader member exchange=1.361+0.575×psychological capitalThe result means psychological capital has a good forecast on leader member exchange in private enterprises. the higher in psychological capital , the higher in leader member exchange.Next, based on the result above, the study give out some suggestion to those private enterprises which may helpful to improve the performance finally. At last, the study shows the limitations and expectation in the future. |
