Marxist Personal Ethical Value Function Analysis And Educational Research

Morality is an important value in human social life, entering the 21st century, moral anomie phenomenon appears in some of social areas, the boundary of right and wrong, good and evil, beauty and ugliness is confused. This not only raises worrying about the contemporary ethical issues ,also raises the question of moral thinking , especially in China , with gradually establishing and improving of the socialist market economic system , people's traditional values are changing and becoming diversified ,individual and self-consciousness is beginning to wake up , society beginning paying more attention to individual values and personality development . We believe that harmonious society should respect the existence of individual differences and inclusive it, rather than insist unified model, which requires moral construction from"social standard"to"individual-based". Therefore, in the period of social transformation, how to effectively enhance individual's moral qualities, to improve the social moral standards and to improve human morality construction should be an important issue.This paper aiming at the current ethical situation and characteristics of times, in the framework of Marxist ethics, focusing on the micro level of individuals, introducing the value function, using the value function analysis, which standards and coordinates the relations of people and groups. Firstly , we analysis and research of the representative theory at home and abroad on personal ethical , and point out the inadequacy or defect of them , especially by the influence of traditional ideas and historical conditions, traditional Marxist ethics emphasizes collective rather than individual, which makes individual's personal morals construction of our country in the absence of long-term. Secondly, we will use the system analysis to look into the individual ethics; we view the individual as an independent system, and from individual system's needs and value analysis to seeking the motivation for harmonious personality, especially based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and Marx's theory of human values. Thirdly, based on Marx's theories of human values, drawing on professor Zhang Hoaxed on the intrinsic value of the life-support system, and furthering professor Zhang HuaXia on the social system analysis, we preliminarily analyze the value of personal ethical system. We propose that personal ethical value is consisted of seven value variable: the principle of limited resources and environmental protection, the social utility function principle, the principle of social justice ,the principle of love , personal utility principle, personal obligation principle and the principle of personal qualities. Different people in different scenarios for the value of the variable tendency, which have different weight of different value and different value judgment.Finally, Marxist personal ethics value function analyses, which not only enrich and develop Marxist ethics, but also promotes the development of socialist market economy, the construction of an innovative country, the comprehensive development of people, particularly the harmonious personality of contemporary college students has an important practical significance.
