Objective:The difference was found in ERP components between IADs and normal peoples with an equal-rate Go/Nogo task, in which simple geometries and game pictures were used as stimulus, and some evidences were searched in ERP to suppose whether dysfunction is in the inhibitory function of IADs.Methods:eleven right-handed and one ambidexterity were served as IAD group with a score above 63 in CIAS, twelve students matched age, gender, handed and educational background and CIAS below 50 as control group. All participants were consisted of students from the freshmen and sophomores of Dalian Medical University. There were two blocks in this experiment, the stimuli of which performed by the software of E-prime 1.0. In first block, there were 200 trails, upright triangles and inverted triangles as stimuli which performed equally at random. There were 160 trails in second block, two kind game pictures as stimuli in this block. The whole experiment completed about 20 minutes, the first 7 min, broken 1 min and second 5 min.Behavior data (exclude Go-response time, hit rate, omission rate) of two groups were compared by t-test, and ERP data were done by repeated-measures analyses of variance (ANOVA), reporting the consequence of post-hoc.Consequence:(1)No significant group differences were found in Go-RT, hit rate and omission rate in first block, and so was in Go-RT and hit rate in second block. Control group had a significant higher omission rate than IADs.(2)A negative component was found between 200-300ms in two groups, more negative in Nogo than Go, especially in IADs group. Its value was negative in the front of brain, positive at back. Between 300~500ms, a positive component was found and its value was more positive in Nogo than Go in the front of brain, mostly equal at back.(3)This negative component in IADs group performed the largest in the front-central lobe after 250-270ms stimulus onset in topographic map, the same as control group in the same time not obviously. The positive component performed the largest at the back of right frontal lobe in 390-410ms, and IADs group was more obviously than control.(4)In block one, the main effect of condition and site were significant in the mean amplitude of N2 component from the FZ site of group average between 240-280ms, and the main effect of site was significant in latency too. The main effect of condition and site were significant in the mean amplitude of P3 component between 350-450ms. The mean amplitude of N2d was significant in IAD group than control group. There was no significant in other effect and consequence.Conclusion:(1)Two groups had performed Nogo effect in two blocks, and game IADs performed inhibitory control as well as control group in Go/Nogo task.(2)The mean amplitude of N2 component in IAD group was significant large than control group in geometries experiment, and game IADs performed more over conflict monitoring as stimuli onset.
