Workplace bullying is a kind of negative behavior which is hard to resistance, it is reperted and endured. Bullying is not only impact on physical and mental health of individuals, but also seriously affect job satisfaction and organizational performance. As early eighties of the last century, workplace bullying began to investigated in west country. At present, the results of many studies involving lots of aspects such as individual and organizational. Study of the workplace bullying will help to improve the psychological health of employees and human-based management. In recent years, for research in this area also attracted the attention of scholars in China. The main contents of this study is characteristics of individual in the workplace bullying.This study used questionnaire survey method to investigate individual factors of workplace bullying .From the personality, self-concept, self-esteem, interpersonal relations to further explore the nature of workplace bullying of individuals .From the individual level reveals the causes and characteristics of bullying. Study the differences personality and self-concept in varying degrees of victims. The questionnaire were send for there times, the second part of questionnaire which contained workplace bullying, self-concept and self-esteem were send one month later, after the first part of questionnaire which contain workplace bullying and personality, the third part of questionnaire was the relationship between workplace bullying and interpersonal relations which was send after one month. The participant were different among there study. In addition, confirmatory factor analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and correlation analysis were also applied for date analysis. The main conclusions are as the following:There are different kinds of bullied in workplace bullying. Varying degrees of the victim in personality(neuroticism and psychoticism), self-concept (self-satisfaction, self-action, self-physical, self-moral, self-social, self-psychological) self-esteem, interpersonal relationship showed a difference.The findings of varying degrees of the victim in personality, the score of neuroticism and psychoticism on moderate victim group was significantly greater than zero victims group and slight victims group. The findings of varying degrees of the victim in self-concept and self-esteem, there were a significant difference between zero victims and victims in self-satisfaction, self-action, self-physical, self-moral, self-social, self-psychological. There were no difference in self-criticism.The score of self-concept on zero victim group was significantly greater than victims group.There was a significant difference between zero victim group and slight victims group, The score of zero victim group was significantly lower than slight victims group, no difference showed between zero victim and moderate victims group and high victims group.
