With the trend of economic globalization,the social structure and environment in which the intangible cultural heritage of all ethnic groups survives has changed, which caused that the intangible cultural heritage rely on dictation and behavioral transmission is continually disappeared.In recent years,our government and the community has taked efforts in protecting intangible cultural heritage. With the《state-level intangible cultural heritage assessment of the representative to declare Interim Measures》promulgated,in Henan, Yueshanbaji, Chang-style boxing, Taijiquan, ShaolinKongFu have been included in the national directory.These non-material cultural heritage implies Henan unique spiritual values, the ways of thinking, imagination and cultural awareness.not noly has it become a business card of the Henan in foreign exchange,but also it is Henan cultural identity and embodies the Chinese national spirit and the style of Henan Wushu Culture.In Henan Province, a growing number of martial arts are put into the non-material cultural heritage protection.however, because they do not know what is "the Intangible Cultural Heritage of martial arts",why protection, how protected, there has been reporting difficult, protection of difficult questions in the process of reporting and protection. It is not only a waste of manpower and financial resources, but also lost the best time to heritage protection.Firstly,from the perspective of non-material cultural heritage, combining with the characteristics of intangible cultural heritage of martial arts, the author make the following definition of the martial arts concept of intangible cultural heritage:Wushu is the Chinese intangible cultural heritage created in history,to consider offensive and defensive combat in Human Action as the core, routines as the basic unit, and to live the present day state in the form of transmission has important historical, artistic, cultural, scientific value, sufficient to represent the party to local culture and local civil society, recognized as a centuries-old technical categories of traditional cultural matters. using the methods of the literature, investigation, comparison, the author maked the relevant research of the national intangible cultural heritage protection status of martial arts in Henan Province. through analysis, the author summed up the following problems in the process of its protection:1 Fragmentation of static preservation, non-purpose-oriented, non-specialized and limited technology; urgent need legal protection;the protection of a serious shortage of funds pan; the protection of the planning urgent implementation; transmission system needs optimization; popular awareness of conservation weak.. Secondly, when analysising the ways and means of the national martial art of the Henan Province intangible cultural heritage protection,the article pointed out:protection includes three meanings:1is preserved; 2for transmission; 3 promotion. Finally, in the view of the martial problems of the Henan Province state-level intangible cultural heritage protection, the article made a number of protection measures:increasing rescue efforts, using traditional and modern technology to make a comprehensive records; the local government takes some measures in legislation and policies; optimization mechanisms; step up publicity and education; to increase capital investment.Today, looking at the problems of protecting martial arts intangible cultural heritage, not only does we see the "Save that is protection", "transmission that is that is protection", we should also see the "promotion that is protection."...
