In recent years, the emotion understanding as a social perception element of psychological theories has been paid more and more attention by researchers. Because the emotion cognition ability can establish, maintain and change the individual and the external environment, and it is a good indicator of the individual development and the social adaptation. In kindergarten, whether pre-school children can exchange emotion and maintain good teacher-student relationship is an important aspect of social development. Hence, the children's ability of understanding the teachers' emotion is a key factor. The lack of this ability will affect the children's emotional identification to the teachers and will affect the children's school readiness. In view of this, this paper tries to discuss the different development types of the teacher's emotion understanding, in order to find the development trends and characteristics of emotion understanding ability.In this research, 99 children age 3-5 years old have been employed in the study. The study has two parts. In the first study, the differences of children's age and gender differences of understanding the different teacher's emotions are researched systematically by interviewing and experimenting children one by one. Trough the first study, we understand the children's ability of understanding on the teacher's emotion. So in the second study further employ the teacher assess to investigate the children's social behavior, and discuss the relation between children's emotion understanding and social behavior on teacher's different emotion.The major findings in the above two studies are as follows: (1) The Understand level of Teacher Different Kinds of Emotion of Children increased with age. The gender difference wasn't significant.(2) Children's understanding of Teacher's positive emotion was superior to negative emotion.(3) Children's social behavior had different tracks:The development of children's prosocial behaviors and social withdrawal behaviors increased with age, The age difference of aggressive behaviors wasn't significant ,In addition the gender difference of social behavior wasn't significant.(4) The Understand ability of Teacher's Emotion significantly correlated with their prosocial behaviors and social withdrawal behaviors,the ability of emotion understanding could positive predict the development of children's prosocial behavior.
