Led by the department with a unified survey questionnaire distribute. They were investigated with questionnaires such as general questionnaires, AH1N1 general knowledge, mental status, behavior questionnaires, SCL-90, SSRS, SCSQ。SPSS15.0 was applied to analyze datas, On the basis of investigation, statistic description,t-test. multiple stepwise regression. x2-test. F-test. homogeneity of various test. Correlation Analysis. Path Analysis were adopted.Results:1. Medical staff's knowledge about Influenza AH1N1in Shaoyang area is very optimistic:92.7% of respondents clearly know that AH1N1 spread primarily through droplets by the respiratory tract, with 79.8% of the medical staff are confident to resist the epidemic of AH1N 1;2. Compared with the national norm,382 medical staff of his study in the SCL-90 scores of all factors and total score were slightly lower than the national norm, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05), and the mental health of medical staff has no significant difference (P> 0.05) between AH1N1 high-exposure and non high-exposure ward;3. The social support, coping style and mental health conditions of medical staff in Shaoyang areas during the outbreak of AH1N1 showing significant correlation (P<0.01)4. Multiple regression analysis showed three variables:a negative response, subjective support and utilization of support entered the regression equation, multiple correlation coefficient was 0.340, the joint variance explained 0.115, which means the three variables combined can predict 11.5% of mental health variance;5. Path analysis showed that the coping style, social support can significantly predict mental health, the path coefficients was.136,-.235. Conclusions:1.
