Study On The Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection From The Perspective Of Public Goods

With the development of economy and society, the gradual attention has been paid on the protection and usage of Intangible cultural heritage.As the gradual intervention of government on the issue of protection on the Intangible cultural heritage, it give rise to the fashion of protection work. On the basis of theory on the public goods, this article has mentioned three concerned supply parties of the non-material cultural heritage:Government Market and Society. Consequently, the three supply patterns also originated from government,market and society. Through the practice of Public Goods Theory on the issue of Intangible cultural protection, it is conducive to have a clear understanding of the responsibility of each supply party, so that we could recognize and protect the Intangible cultural heritage from a brand-new eagle. The perfect combination of the subject of Cultural Heritage with the Public Goods Theory will become the new orientation of public goods theory research in the future.Generally, the dissertation has been divided into three parts, The General Introduction and The End are not included. In the first part, I give a brief introduction of the thesis and illustrated in terms of the research background,research methodology,research path and research significance. In the second part, Intangible cultural heritage has been described which has closely related with the culture of Public Goods. Within the origin and development of the Xi Shi Legend, the conception has been detected in order to analyze the character of public good from that. In the next part, I pay much attention to the introduction of the Intangible cultural heritage which means the supply from government and NGOs. The transformation of the supply party and supply mode have been carefully illustrated. Hopefully, Xi Shi Legend has been protected by the concerned parties in reality. In the last part, the culture of "Publicity" from Intangible cultural heritage has been discovered. On the basis of the supply mode from the concerned supply parties:Government,Market and Society to demonstrate that through drawing lessons from international experience and strengthening voluntary supply from society, the cooperation between each parties had achieved. Finally, I stress that each supply party should have a openness attitude towards the protection of Intangible cultural heritage.The author has initiated the innovation theory by analyzing the Individual Case and putting theory into practice to find the solution. It is in the interest of the usage and discovery of the Intangible cultural heritage through research from a new perspective on the issue of Intangible cultural heritage protection.
