The Study Of Impeach JunJi Minister In The End Of Qing Dynasty

The end period of Qing dynasty faced the trapped inner and outer situation, under the atmosphere of "movement of founding congress", people only simply focused on the superiority of western constitutional system, and ignored the system's rationality of existence and operation, which had its inner background and connected with many social factors and couldn't achieve it in a short time. Ignoring Chinese tradition and reality, it is going to opposite. Although the ruling group of Qing dynasty, taking Zaifeng as a main standard, their rights were gradually missing and took measures fit the time trend to make new reforms step into the design of central government, the aims of them were different from the goal of constitutionalists. The major case of impeaching central minister of the first political and consultative annual council in late Qing dynasty made the old contradiction more serious and Viceroys and constitutionalists'dissatisfaction, and enlarges their space. After, under Qing dynasty's irrational policies, its system finally gent into pieces. By the analysis of the case, the dissertation will discuss the obstacle and difficulties during the period of western political system into China, and make a dynamic analysis of debugging and reaction between the ruling and opposition parties to have a more profound understanding of Xuantong's political situation, try to discuss the failure of constitutional movement and the collapse of Qing dynasty.
