The research is designed to explore the relationship between the phonological and orthographic information processing in reading Chinese phrases.Through the analysis of eye tracking and reaction time, we will see how the 32 subjects use the phonological and orthographic information.We suppose:there is different weight distribution of phonological and orthographic information.The results were as follows:1.The accuracy of listening task is randomness.2.Compared to auditory presentation, the accuracy of identity recognition tasks greatly improved under visual stimulus presentation; audio-visual presentation has the same accuracy with visual stimulus presentation.3.The reaction time of audio-visual presentation is faster than the visual presentation.4.Under the audio-visual presentation, the observation of both two-phrase stimulus and single-phrase stimulus requires more fixations.5.There are obvious differences between three kinds of homophonic phrases. The phrases, which with different last character,need more fixations and longer reaction time. And men respond faster.
