A Study Of The Degree Adverbs In The Buddhist Hybrid Chinese During The Wei, Jin, North And South Dynasties

We choose the Degree Adverbs in Wei, Jin,North and South Dynasties's Buddhist Hybrid Chinese as the study object. On the one hand, we can make an exhaustive ,specific, comprehensive description about the Degree Adverbs in Wei, Jin, South and North's Buddhist Hybrid Chinese from a synchronic perspective.On the other hand, we can sort out the Degree Adverds'evolution law in the history of Chinese Language from a diachronic perspective, and we can make contributions to the study of the history of Chinese Adverbs.This article divides the Degree Adverbs into five level.We investigate each Degree Adverb and analyze its usage.We study the Degree Adverbs'combination mode. At the same time ,we also make a research on Degree Adverbs'combination function.We compare the Degree Adverbs in Chinese literature to Buddhist Hybrid Chinese from the word-formation and syllable perspective .Besides,we also inspect the new Degree Adverbs which appear in this period,and we analyse the grammaticalization process of"bei jia"and"ku". Finally,we draw a conclusion on the feature of the Degree Adverbs.
