Immigration and migration events in China has always been concerned by the dynasties ruling class, because it has existed in long historical time and strongly influenced on Chinese history. Specially, into the Qing dynasty, due to the Qing government policies and disasters, the impact of immigrants is different from it that was before QING .It shows that the trend of the immigration is from the Central Plains region to the sparsely populated frontier .Therefore, the formation of a number of different waves of immigration have formed under this kind of historical background. The political situation in the border areas, socio-economic, customs and so on all have been impacted and influenced. Qing Dynasty GuiSui, Inner Mongolia migration flows mainly from the neighboring provinces of Shandong, Hebei, Shanxi and Shaanxi provinces. Migrants from Mainland after the long-term exchanges with local minorities, integration, after settlement, resulting in today's multi-ethnic Hohhot common development of social and cultural patterns.The full text consists of five parts. The first is introduction.The second chapter basing on GuiSui immigrants historical background, through the late Qing domestic, foreign, discussed the situations in GuiSui. GuiSui reflects the historical background of migration. The third chapter is an overview of migration in GuiSui and use statistics to explain topic, including the size and the number of immigrants, migration characteristics and the structure of immigrants ' occupations in three parts. The fourth chapter describes the reasons for the formation of GuiSui immigrants, comprising by the imperial policy-oriented reasons, the natural and geographical reasons, the reasons for population growth in the mainland and the Inner Mongolia region attracted reasons. The fifth chapter describes the impact of immigration on socio-economic and culture. After GuiSui renamed Hohhot, Hohhot, as the political, economic and cultural center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, become an influential social and economic development in Inner Mongolia's cities. This article attempts to Analysis late Qing Dynasty GuiSui areas of immigration issue, Today's Hohhot provide a historical reference on Urban multi-cultural patterns.
