The history of CSIF 2. The present situation of CSIF 3. The advantage of function and CSIF.After reviewing the development of CSIF for a decade, the paper depicts them clearly and introduces their basic situation. Then it analyses the advantages and the irrevocable functions of the funds in the security market from 7 different angles.Chapter 3 puts emphasis on the existing problems and their solutions of CSIF. Which is made up by 8 parts: 1. How shares order and their issuing assignment 2. Limitation of simple investing objectives 3. Fund scales are too simple 4. Lack of fund managers 5. Increase of Fund managing companies 6. The shortcomings of the fund risk controlling system 7. So we must develop China's fund market step by step after considering wholly of China's condition.
