Analyzing The Lnfluence To Lnternational Relations By Knowledge Economy

At the end of the 20th century, with the development of high梩ech, human race are striding toward the time of knowledge economy. Comprehensive power of a country became the key factor to succeed in the international compeLition and decided the trend of?the pattern of international relations in the 2l~ century. Then knowledge became the most basic resource. Knowledge is power. To gain the knowledge would be the most important factor that affects many problems in the field of international relations. And also would be the basic starting point to understand all these problems. In the article author would use the theories about international relations to discuss systematically how the 慿nowledge economy affects the economy, politics and security that are the main factors in the field of international relations. There are five parts in total: (l)giving a brief account of the definition and character of knowledge economy. (2) analyzing how knowledge economy affects world economy from the viewpoints of the comprehensive power of a country, global information highway, world economy pattern and economy globalization. (3) discussing how knowledge economy affects international politics . It includes four aspects:Othe influence to a country抯 power;﹖he influence to a country抯 sovereignty rights;畉he new power politics梩echnology hegemony;~information and world politics order in the time of knowledge economy. (4) talking about how knowledge economy affects the country security that mainly includes the security of the economy and military. (5)analyzing the strategy to develop knowledge economy in China.
