| This paper was accomplished on the basis of the development of the research project of Natural Language Control System of Agricultural Information. There are five parts included in the paper: Through reviewing the development of information retrieval language, several hotspots were put forward in current field of information retrieval language, of which, the research of natural language control technology is one of the important topics remaining to be solved urgently. The idea and technology of designing the whole Natural Language Control System of Agricultural Information was introduced. At the same time, the technical aim that was expected to reach, as well as the available sources were illuminated. The natural language control technology was appraised. And then, the technical idea of systems integration, technologies dominance syntheses, assisted with manual intervention was put forward. Diagrammatic representation was displayed to explain the frame of the development process. The third part is the mainbody of the paper. The structure, mechanism and functions of Natural Language Control System of Agricultural Information were comprehensively expounded from the angle of combining theory and practice. Speculations were raised through the gnosis of the development process. There are mainly two aspects: (1) The whole information retrieval sector should change the existing inclination of desalting the function of retrieval language. (2) Some suggestions were put forward to optimize Natural Language Control System of Agricultural Information.
