This dissertation begins with an analysis of the high leaving rate of today's enterprise employee and discusses the importance of employee leaving problem forwards enterprise development. Then it illustrates the connotation and the types of employee flowing. Afterwards, the writer established an analyzing model for the employee leaving, through analyzing the macro and micro factors about the employee leaving .At the same time, it points out the influence and consequence of enterprise employee leaving to the social, enterprise and individual stand .and the factors about the influence employee leaving can be evaluated by adopting AHP analysis method. A conclusion can be reached from the result of research that the five major factors affecting the leaving rate of employee are respectively the following: unemployment level, pay satisfaction, age, enterprise pay level and promotion satisfaction. We can see from the above factors that the most important factors affecting employee leaving are the level of economic and income. This is in line with the present situation in China, in which plan economy is replaced by market economy and people's income is comparatively low. As a management of the human resources department, he or she should pay special attention to the major factors affecting the employee leaving in enterprises, so that appropriate measures can be taken to lay stress on the management and control. In the end this paper discuses the leaving problem coming from different enterprise in our country and give some suggestions of controlling and managing measure about it.
