This paper discusses some important points and methods about strategic management in theory summarize, and the important station of marketing strategic management in corporation strategic management. It puts forward to the shortage of industry structure theory and resource base theory and the point and method of how to colligate the two important theories.Based on the research method of corporation strategic management, this paper analyses the outside environment of weisheng pharmaceutical, the market demand feature and change direction of vitamin and the station of some competitive manufacturers of internal or international. Using the analyses method of SWOT, the paper analysis the competitive superiority, inferior, opportunity, threaten of weisheng pharmaceutical. And basing on the analysis, it puts forward the marketing strategic and acting measure.
