Legal Study On Regulation System Of Listing Company

This article was mainly to study the law system of regulation of listing companies in the securities market in China and abroad. We studied the two major contents in the law system of regulation of listing companies in the mature security market, i.e. the system of disclosure of information and company administration. The former includes the system of disclosure of information before and after listing, while the latter is mainly about the system involving its standardization in self-operation of a listing company. We also studied the system of disclosure of information and company administration in the law system of regulation of listing companies in the security market in our country at present. By comparing the differences in these systems between China and abroad, we suggested proposals of legislation about law system of regulation of list companies in our country, in attempt to provide the security market with any references in solving problems in regulation of listing companies.
