China's Trade Strategy Adjustment And Economic Development Under WTO Rule

This dissertation discusses China's trade strategy and the economic development after Chinese WTO entry in terms of modern international trade theory and means. The trade strategy is a integration of trade system with policy about domestic resources distribution and competition efficiency through international divide work optimizing in developing country. After Chinese WTO entry , we need adjust our traditional trade strategy according to WTO rule, modern international trade theory makes clear that the traditional comparative advantage theory is not working generally with free trade policy. Developing country must get rid of their adverse position through tariff protecting to increase income in short time, but for along sight, they must adjust their trade policy gradually and adopt free trade strategy to enhance firms competence and national power. But currently China's trade strategy still have much more differ from WTO rule ,if free trade strategy done, not only our poverty increase but also our economic system and industrial structure evolutional mode alter. So, we must build a somewhat restrict free trade strategy within the permission of WTO principle to exert China's clear and potential comparative advantage to get maximize income from the worldwide economic development.
