On the 4th plenary session of the 151* central committee of the Communist Party of China, PE(The Private Enterprises) are established to be the important component part in the socialism market economy. But when they develops into the growth period, some in-depth problems gradually appear, and the original organization systems have become their further development shackles. As a typical case, the things which Hongyi Pearls And Jewels meets in the course of its organization development, are the common ones in the growth period PE in our country. It has some successful experiences for the growth period PE in our country to go by.This thesis, taking Hongyi Pearls And Jewels Company as an example, analyses the existing problems in the organization development in Hongyi Company in terms of positive analyses. In detail, through application of dichotomy model and Porter model, and questionnaire investigation, the thesis analyses some important problems in this company, such as its organization structure, organization functions, personnel management and organization incentive, determines the operation model which reflects the management behavior, organization management, staff management crisis omen and organizational early warning system in the company, designs the work flow for the early warning system in the company, and studies the signal output mode, in order to put forward one theoretical and tactical guidance for the company to get rid of and guard against management bad fluctuation and crisis. Through complete analysis of Hongyi company, this thesis concludes that joint-stock system groupization reform is one of the outlets for further development of growth period PE. That is the innovation in thisstudy.The successful experiences about Hongyi organization reengineering show that any company, regardless of its size, which seeks a transformation in the state of non-crisis and successfully implement this transformation, creats one new road for the company to adapt itself to environment change and to keep rapid development. In this respect, Hongyi doesn't copy the established practices of big foreign companies, but flexibly applys kinds of ways mainly characterized by continuous whole staff incentive and learning, to completely reform the company. In short, the things which Hongyi seeks rapid development through implementation of transformation, has successful experiences for the present growth period PE in our country.
