Financial Risks In Guangxi And Counter Measures

China's finance business enters into a fast growing time since the 1980s that it has never experienced. Finance capital expands rapidly and innovative financing services keeps coming up one after another, which not only boosts the economy growth but also facilitate people's daily life. However, when something is blooming at fairy high-speed, it is most likely that some serious defects and unsecured factors may occur. Finance risks are accumulating in China as time goes on, regional financial crisis occasionally happened. Hence study and preventive measures of regional finance risks are urgently needed. It is also necessary for China to join WTO.Guangxi is not well-developed in term of finance business, but there is also finance risks, some of which grew into finance crisis in some local area. Running on a bank for cash took place to Beihai City and Luchuan County. So it's important to study the finance risks in Guangxi and seek counter-measures not only in theory but also in practice. This article takes the financial faculties especially banks in Guangxi as subject of study, compares and uses the theory and the practices as reference. Under the evaluating guideline of good balance among the security, fluidity and profitability, a panoramic survey and cause analysis are given regarding the Guangxi's financial risks resulting from external environments, banking credit, management (including risk from financial statistics), financing cooperation and computer networks. It also proposes to set up a Guangxi Finance Safety Area to strengthen financial supervision measures, to achieve regional finance safety and health finance growth across the country and finally to help stablize the economic and social situations.
