The Discussion Of Our Unemployment Security System

China constitution stipulates obviously that all the citizens have the fundamental rights of social security. Unemployment security system is the important composing of social security law system. Developing and strengthening the unemployment security system play important role to social security law system, that will improve the development of national economic and keep the social steady. However ,since our nation is at the stage of reform of economic system and is confronted of international competition, employment endure much pressure. There will be a unemployment flood tide in ten years. Our unemployment security system is too morbidity to satisfy the need of market economic and international competition in face of the position. The paper investigate the basic problems of unemployment security system and compare the unemployment security system between domestic and international, then include the effect and matter of our unemployment security system and explore how to perfect our unemployment security system.The paper covers four parts. In the first part, the author analyzes some theoretical problems, based on the concepts and characteristic and the history of our unemployment security system. In the second part, the author compare the mostly content of unemployment security system of domestic and overseas. In the third part, the author conclude the problem of our unemployment security system. In the forth part, the author bring forward the measure of perfecting the unemployment security system.
