Following the coining of the era of knowledgeable economy in 21st century,the trends of global integrative economy become more and more obvious. Compared with industry economy era,the market environment has changed radically. To help all the enterprises that have joined the supply chain,and swell up their competitive strength,it's necessary to go along with the research on managerial integration of supply chain,which can improve the level of supply chain from a kind of operation management instrument to a systematic method.This paper has six chapters.In the first chapter,a survey about domestic and international research is given out. The necessity to deepen the research is also put forward in this chapter. In order to develop enterprise's survival and competitiveability,it's very important for us to study the managerial integration of supply chain no matter for theoretical research or for application.In the second chapter,the conception of managerial integration of supply chain is presented. Based on managerial integration,the meaning and characteristic of managerial integration of supply chain is investigated,and its basic idea is expounded.In the third chapter,the framework of managerial integration of supply chain is established,and its sustainable information technology is recommended.In the forth chapter,as examples of two parts of managerial integration of supply chain,storage managerial integration and logistics managerial integration are analyzed detailedly.In the fifth chapter,a system of performance evaluation indexes is built up. The enterprises can use the system to evaluate the performance of managerial integration of supply chain .A summary is given out in the last chapter,and a prospective of future research is advanced.
