Responding Strategies Of China Construction Enterprises' To WTO

This thesis begins from an analysis of the history,features of both the construction industry and the WTO. Following an analysis of the features of the China construction industry and a thorough discussion of the chances and challenges that our industry will be encountered after joining WTO. Then,suggesting strategies for our industry to face the forthcoming challenges of joining WTO.Regarding our construction industry,a systematic analysis will be conducted on its history,includes its formation,features,its status in the finance of the nation and the factors,which affect its growth. For WTO,a review of its history,targets and functions will be conducted. In addition,a discussion of the 5 principles of WTO will be performed.By analysing the organisational structure of most enterprises,their financial situation,human resources and others systems,then analyse the structure of our construction industry nowadays. And,by conducting a systematic analysis on our modem construction industry,find our the shortages and weaknesses of our construction industry under the current market condition.A systematic analysis of the features of our construction industry and those international major construction contractors and forecast the industry development after joining WTO. Then,analyse the chances and challenges of construction industry after China joining WTO.By the adjusting of enterprise culture,organisational structure,enterprise staff and other systems,suggesting responding model of construction enterprise to WTO.Suggesting the evaluation system of the construction enterprise's adaptation for the market.
