This article is a sample case in a manufacture enterprises' human resources management. It comprises of two parts: the sample case and its analysis.Using the method of practical sample research. The main body introduces the employees compensation system and the process of compensation system reformation in Guangzhou Suizong Company and then states the question and puzzlement in the side of the compensation inspiring system about the sort of operating employees in company manufacture department.In the part of case analysis, the author applies the knowledge of human resources and management to analysis the compensation system and compensation reformation process of Suizong Company from the theory view of the connotation, construction and system model of compensation and impartiality theory. Using a lot of practical experiment, the author suggests a new scheme of compensation system and a new improvement after the reformation of company's compensation system.
