To Promote And To Guarantee Technology Innovation Of Enterprises By Law

Technology innovation is the lifeline of development of enterprises;One of the Nobellaureates-Douglas North believed that an effective system of property rights,which stimulates innovation and provides proper individual incentives,is a decisive factor to propel economic growth. Therefore,this article selects "To Promote and to Guarantee Technology Innovation of Enterprises by Law" as its research subject.Based on the assumption of set enterprise subject and perfect environment of legislative system,this essay explores how to promote and to guarantee technology innovation by law from three aspects that are the difference between enterprise technology innovation subjects and between their rights,the operation process and legislative protection of enterprise technology innovation,and its outcomes (occupational outcomes). Furthermore,taking two Chinese enterprises as examples,it conducts research on legal strategy of enterprise technology innovation. Through exploration,the author recommends that law protects every legal right for technology innovation of enterprises;that law provides for enterprises with motive and incentive systems;that law provides legislative guarantee and operational regulations;that law arranges systems of resources allocation of technology innovation;and that law enables future advantages of enterprises. So,enterprises should improve their awareness and education of law,and should transform national law into inner regulations and rules,and should promote and guarantee technology innovation within law. At last,the article according to the research conclusion,based on the status quo analysis of enterprise technology innovation,brings forth some measures promoting and guaranteeing enterprise technology innovation by law.
