Today, in the process of the development of market economy in our country, there is a phenomenon of that many problems of bad relationship between labors and capitals come out in varies enterprises. These problems not only obstructed the business enterprise's long-term healthy and stabilizing development, but also affected the stability of our society seriously in some regions of our country.How to solve these bad labor relation problems in business enterprises? When people study the labor relation problems, they always put their attention only on the character shortcoming of these enterprises' leaders, and have no attach to the point of labor relations itself. This kind of study is far from thoroughly. Even if the study of the labor's position in socialism market economy is limited to the state-owned business enterprises, and no attach to the problems in the private companies. This article puts more attention on the private companies. Based on the economy principles and the ideas of social development and the freedom of human being, The author expresses that the future labor-capital relation should be equal and co-operational. Also, this kind of relationship would not be exist because of various reasons as following:1) The labor lose the ownership of product material; 2) the late construction of reform theory research and the conduction of public opinion; 3) the late construction of laws which fit the market economy; 4) the late construction of labor union; 5) the low quality of labor, the lack of capital and non-development economy.The author advised that to solve the bad relationship problem between the labor and the capital, we can do something in three aspects: a) the government should take important role in solve the bad relationshipbetween labors and capitals, b) in enterprise we should give the labors a equal position to the capitals in order to solve their bad relationship, and the human capitalization is the most important way. c) both the quality elevation of labors and capitals would be good to a concord labor-capital relationship.After distinguish the contribution of labors and capitals, the author put out a quantitative model of the reward of human capital: (HCi=Mi'Ci=(Vt-Vcq + Ch)Ci/ECi ) . This model gives the basis to the labors join the allotment of profit.Finally the author points out that the equal and cooperative labor-capital relationship is the departure of modern business enterprises management in the knowledge economic society, and it is also the basis of humanity management. It is very important and helpful to our country's market economic construction for us building an equal and cooperative relationship between labors and capitals, and it also will lead us to a co-wealth and stabilizing developed country.
