Today, in the process of the development of market economy in our country, there is a phenomenon of that many problems of bad relationship between labors and capitals come out in varies enterprises. These problems not only obstructed the business enterprise's long-term healthy and stabilizing development, but also affected the stability of our society seriously in some regions of our country.How to solve these bad labor relation problems in business enterprises? This model gives the basis to the labors join the allotment of profit.Finally the author points out that the equal and cooperative labor-capital relationship is the departure of modern business enterprises management in the knowledge economic society, and it is also the basis of humanity management. It is very important and helpful to our country's market economic construction for us building an equal and cooperative relationship between labors and capitals, and it also will lead us to a co-wealth and stabilizing developed country.
