With the gradual development and perfection of socialism market economy system of China, Chinese enterprises have already been the main players in market competition. After China's entry into WTO, China's social and economic environment will change tremendously and quickly, and the market competition will become ever drastic. All enterprises in the world have already focused on how to formulate and implement effective competition strategy to form their own business advantages. The researching object of this dissertation is Sandong Lunan Cement Co., Ltd. (hereafter refer to as Lunan Cement), and the research focused on establishment and implement of competing strategy of Lunan Cement. Firstly, with analysis of the present developing situation in the business of cement manufacturing within and outside China, the writer think, as in the business line of raw material, the cement manufacturing is facing a perfect opportunity and austere challenge. Central government is increasing input to the infrastructure construction, encouraging investment of all forms, implementing the policy of Western Development, so it is sure to increase the demands of cement. However, it should be made clear that, on one hand, the total output of cement exceeds the demands. On the other hand, it is difficult for the unbalanced restructure of cement business to meet economy construction and people's increasing material and cultural demand. Secondly, with a simple introduction to Lunan Cement, the writer analyzed the internal and external environment in details to define the exact competitors and their competition strategies. Based on the above mentioned analysis, a tailored competition strategy for Lunan Cement was presented, including market positioning, products positioning, decision of minimum cost project, effective differentiation project, SWOT strategic model, introduction to CIS, general concept of information-realizing, etc. Finally, the writerdiscussed and analyzed the implement of competition strategy of Lunan Cement andthe prefiguring restructure of competition strategy.
