How To Create A Good Social Mechansim Of Knowledge Innovation In China

The paper is consisted of the following two parts, knowledge innovation is rooted in the society and also depends on the history, knowledge innovation will make great development through improving human's abi I ities and social development. It is born in history and can create new era. The main purpose of the article, as stated in preface, is to achieve the optimistic i nteraction of knowl edge i nnovation and social development through expanding the awareness of the relationship between knowledge innovation and social development.The fol lowing four chapters contribute to the main body of the paper. The first chapter carefully illustrates the definition, features and the motion models of knowl edge innovation. It also points out that knowledge innovation realizes the integration of theory and practice and has specific meanings in philosophic and practical significance. The second chapter deals with the means to set upan experimental model for social mechanism of knowledge innovation in China. In addition, it suggests that three levels (macro-level, middle- level, and mico-level) should be involved in creating a good social mechanism of knowledge innovation in China. It provides not only an exploration in theory but also a preparation for further research on how to create a good social mechanism of knowledge innovation in China. The third chapter handles the situation analysis of knowledge innovation in China. Performances and mechanisms of knowledge innovation differ among countries so it is necessary to do the situation analysis of the issue. The situation analysis is hedged on analysis of three levels (macro-level, middle- level, and mico-level). The fourth chapter comes up with a strategy and tact i cs to create a good social mechanism for knowledge innovation in China. At the mico-level, also the internal force, we should set up a new or strengthen the old motivation mechanism for knowledge innovation through rewarding the innovators. At the middle-level, the venture capital investment mechanism is an external force of knowledge innovation. The coordinated management mechanism and the evaluation and selection mechanism is the guarantee of knowledge innovation. The train and select talented people mechanism is a foundation ofknowledge innovation. At the macro-level, we should first enhance the related laws and regulations and then improve the protection system of knowledge right. Second, we should cullivate innovation culture as soon as possible. Last but hope not the least , to create an innovation circumstances and stimulate innovation spirits is the macro condition of knowledge innovation and also can satisfy the social development in China.
