Research On The Innovation System Of The State-owned Mines

In the market economy wave, state-owned mines are going through a severe test.In the meantime, the arrival of knowledge economy and the more tense international competition have put higher demand before coal industry. In this situation, it is necessary for state-owned mines to establish the innovation systems. Through demonstration and analysis, the paper makes a thorough study of the establishment of innovation systems in the state-owned mines.Several problems are expounded in this paper. First, it discusses innovation systems and gives a brief introduction of state innovation systems and enterprise innovation systems. Then, state-owned mines' background, current situation, existent problems and the causes are analyzed thoroughly. In the light of the energy situation at home and abroad and the prospect of coal market, the paper expounds the urgency and importance to establish innovation systems in the state-owned mines. Thirdly, the paper studies mine innovation systems, which is the central part of the paper, and discusses every aspect of innovation systems in detail, including technology innovation, management innovation, organization innovation , system innovation and industry innovation. Besides, this paper, based on the innovative experience of Tangcun Mine, demonstrates the detailed ways to carry out the innovation. Lastly, this paper studies how to harness the old mines and puts forward some related policy suggestions on the innovation and development of state-owned and old mines.
