Review And Present Thought Of The Unemployment Insurance System In Our Country

The surplus workers in state-owned enterprises have been pushing out with the developing in depth of the form of economy system . And they have been turned into unemployed workers . At the same time ,many surplus labour forces in countryside move into cities . A lot of peasants who have been in cities become the contract workers in all kinds of enterprises . And the contract workers' work is unstable .The contract workers are frequently faced with unemployment . Since 1990 , the unemployment in our country has been increasing year by year. The rate of unemployment is very high in each year .To solve the problem of the unemployees' basic life insurance and to make the unemployed work again is an important and difficult task for our country . Whether we can solve the problem of the unemployment insurance or not , concerns not only the smooth development of the national economy , but also the stability of our society . However, it is only seventeen years since the unemployment insurance system in our country was established . The present unemployment insurance system has many obvious drawbacks , in spite of having been adjusted many times , so it has many difficulties in solving the problem of unemployment insurance from now on . Therefore , it's much significant to perfect the unemployment insurance system for our country . In accordance with the clue of the development of the unemployment insurance system , this dissertation reviews the history of the system , and probes into the history reason of the establishment and the adjustment of the system . Then , this dissertation points out that the present unemployment insurance system has many drawbacks , so it can't adapt to the development of the economy and our society . At the end of the dissertation , some proposals are put forward to perfect the unemployment insurance system in our country .
