This paper analyses learners different idea about agritourism and redefines agritourism. The basic theories of agritourism development and these theories' guide function are discussed. The author states the importance to tourism, agriculture, visitor and environmental both interior and overseas and present conditions and problems in Shanghai. This paper analyses the conditions of the agritourism in Shanghai from the site, the natural condition, the market, the development level of social economy, the agriculture foundation and the tourism foundation.
