The insurance is a thing by which the risk was separated. The insurance became a commodity not long age. It is not long time that the insurance market was run as market rule in China. In the primary period of improving of the insurance market, there were a lot of question, for example, abnormity management and lower quality, which should counteract the improving of the insurance market in China.The insurance industry belongs to the service style. The text was written in order to find the method of the insurance service and service management, through analyzing the characters of service product and the insurance company and product.Because the number of main body was increased in local insurance market, competition is more and more intense in the insurance market, which is one of the service businesses. After China become to be a member of WTO, the insurance market in China will be open to all global insurance companies. In order that the native insurance company run better, it would be important that the style of insurance marketing would be changed from the center of the underwriter to the center of the client. The insurance company would be winner through giving a perfect service to the customer, which would be a core competition capability. It is a challenge to management thinking and customer service how to give the benefit to both of underwriter and customer.However the quality is not a objective things, the quality is only a perceptive things, which was not evaluated exactly. It is very difficult that the quality wouldbe analyzed through quantitatively. In order to improve the quality, it is important that the factors, which effect the quality, would be found, and that time change them to the analyzable factors.The quality analysis model was built in this text basing the service product and theory of service management. After that I tried to analyze the level of the insurance service through the model, and tried to analyze the cause of our lowness of the service and the service management. Finally some methods of developing service quality were summarized according to my practice.
