The Developing Strategy Research Of SSP Company

Zhuhai Southern Software Park (SSP) is one of the eleven State Software Industry Base granted by the State Development Planning Commission of China and the Ministry of Information Industry of China. Although SSP has lots of advantages, Southern Software Park Company (SSPC), which is running SSP, now faces many crises. This paper shows that SSPC can break away from these crises and get persistent development by promoting software export.The development and status quo of SSP were analyzed in this paper, the crises SSPC faced were pointed out. Then, the external environment of SSPC was analyzed with PEST analysis, industry chain analysis, PORTER analysis and the internal environment of SSPC was also analyzed. We put forward the developing strategy of promoting software export for SSPC through SWOT analysis. On the basis of above analysis, the software export model suitable for China was analyzed Considering the actual situation of SSP, We provide the actual operating model of promoting software export for SSPC.Based on SSPC, a strategy model for the software park in China was established. The software park will be developing persistently with the development of software enterprise by promoting software export. The particular model of promoting software export for SSPC was primary discussed. The paper has important reference for the development of the week software industry and software park in China.
